My background is in research and education (both further and higher) after qualifying as an accountant in practice and working in New Zealand post qualification for a couple of years. My interests outside work are sport (I am a big supporter of Welsh rugby) and getting to grips with my son who is a teenager.

I am the E-Business Team Lead, managing Unit4’s ERP, at Cairn Energy. I joined the team in March 2021 after Cairn implemented ERP in 2018. We use the GL, AP, AR, HR, Logistics, PCB, Planner, and Time and Expenses modules.
I was first introduced to Agresso while working with AGS Airports back in 2015. I was involved with the implementation of the system in December 2015 and the subsequent upgrade of the system two years later. I moved to Renfrewshire Council in 2018 to assist with their implementation, before joining Edinburgh Napier University in May 2019, where I upgraded their system from M5 to M7 and implemented Proactis. I moved from Canada to Scotland in 2013 and love touring around the highlands and islands, eating tons of seafood and going on whisky tours. I enjoy cooking, running, crafting, and very slowly, completing my CIMA studies.

I’ve been the Finance and HR Systems Manager at Haymarket Media Group Ltd since 2014 and I am responsible for Unit4 ERP for our UK and US businesses. We use a vast amount of the product from core financials and fixed assets through to HR and payroll. We have interfaces with two sales systems (Salesforce and Eventsforce) and various software to manage things like training, security, benefits and big data reporting. For the UK I managed the tech side of the HR and Payroll implementation back in 2018 and before that the Unit4 ERP side of the Salesforce integration. For the US I delivered the ‘Purchase to Pay’ project that included spending a few weeks in New York and New Jersey which was a great experience.
I have supported and developed Unit4 ERP since 2005 within the NHS, HE and private sectors. In that time I’ve been key to upgrades, new installations, big process changes and the day to day management and support of the software. I like to think I’m very experienced with ‘Agresso’ however there are always new challenges and enhancements to keep me on my toes.
Outside of work I enjoy coaching my son’s football team and running.

I joined Magnox in 2005 as a management accountant, moved to project controls. In 2013 I changed direction and joined IT to head up the support and developments team for business systems.
In my current role I am responsible for the delivery of IT projects that support the Magnox Strategy. Magnox is embarking on a digital transformation journey, so exciting times ahead.
One of the things I’m most proud of is starting Magnox on the cloud journey, by migrating Unit4 ERP into Unit4 Cloud.
I believe that people are our core assets and try to always show respect to everyone I come across both in and out of work. I strive to deliver added value in what we do for our end users and the business as a whole. Simplification, automation and rationalisation are key.
I’m from Dublin and am married to Nick. We have two boys together aged 10 and 13. We enjoy going for walks with the dogs and rewarding ourselves with a well-earned pit stop at the local pub.

I am the Head of Business Systems at Square Enix working within Group Finance, we currently utilise Unit4 ERP as our primary Financial Systems and Unit4 FP&A for Sales and Financial Planning in all sites except Japan.
We have been using Agresso/UBW since 1996 utilising a single instance multi-client solution with approx. 500+ users accessing the system in some way or form.
I have been working with the product since 2006, developing my understanding at commercial partners like WSP Group and Best Western Hotels and hope to keep learning and improving for many years to come at Square Enix.
My spare time is spent trying to be the best dad I can and playing video games every chance, I get which is obviously surprising as I work for a software gaming company!

I am the Payroll Advisor for the Local Government Association (LGA) and its associated organisations. Between the organisations there are a total of circa 450 staff using employee self-service and we use Business World for our Finance, HR & Payroll and Expenses. We currently have the Experience packs for both Expenses and Absence.
I have been with the LGA since 2010 and have held a number of different roles with the organisation. I am now managing Payroll function and worked on the upgrade from MS4 to MS6 in January 2017 as well as the move to MS7 in October 2018.
My day job is mainly system focussed and I am keen that we use technology to best effect for HR and Payroll − at the LGA we currently have paperless payroll processing and continue to explore business advantages that we can obtain from Business World.
